Polyurethane Concrete Lifting | How It Works

Repairing sunken and uneven concrete can be easy, clean, and in some cases less than HALF the price of replacing your concrete!

During SOS Concrete Leveling’s polyurethane concrete leveling process, holes drilled in your concrete are smaller than traditional mudjacking and practically invisible! This leaves your slab with a much more pleasing look esthetically speaking.

Next, we pump eco-friendly polyurethane foam into the holes. The foam seeks out void areas and these are the locations under your slab that have disappeared due to a number of factors that cause soil erosion. The foam expands and ‘lifts’ your slab to its original level (under our watchful and trained eye, of course!) Once it hardens (almost immediately) the foam now becomes a more stable and long-lasting material for your slab to rest on as it resists the elements that caused the damage to your slab in the first place.

Once we get your slab level, we patch the drill holes and watch your face as you breathe a sigh of relief knowing that you didn’t have to budget for a costly slab replacement in the near future!
